The terms governing access to Into the Shadows, newsletter sign-ups, merchandise purchases, and use of our editorial products.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Into the Shadows, operated by Fulcrum Enterprises s.r.o. ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. Description of Service
Into the Shadows provides online articles, videos, and related digital content covering dark history, unsolved disappearances, unexplained events, and the cases that resist easy resolution. We avoid sensational framing and prioritize careful, evidence-led reporting that respects those affected.
All editorial content on the Site is available free of charge. Newsletter sign-ups are optional and may be cancelled at any time. Merchandise is sold separately through the store.
3. Merchandise & Fulfillment
The Into the Shadows store is powered by Fourthwall, Inc. Fourthwall is the Merchant of Record for all merchandise — Fourthwall is the seller, processes payment and sales tax, and handles product fulfillment and support directly. Your purchase contract for merchandise is with Fourthwall, Inc., not with Fulcrum Enterprises s.r.o.
- —Merchandise prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated and disclosed at checkout; the binding amount is the one shown at checkout.
- —You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Delivery timelines depend on product, fulfillment partner, and destination.
- —For order questions, fulfillment issues, or post-sale support, contact the store directly or reach us at contact@intotheshadows.channel and we will assist.
4. Refunds & Returns
Fourthwall, as Merchant of Record, handles refunds and returns. For quality or print defects, Fourthwall will replace or refund the affected item. Made-to-order products do not carry a blanket general or sizing-return right unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. 5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- —Use the Site for any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purpose.

We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague.
